Life is busy and complicated enough when you have two small children: but with the Graco Quattro Tour Duo Double Stroller (Ionic) at least getting around is made a whole lot easier. This easy-to-use stroller is built to carry two children in comfortable style--and it includes plenty of great accessories and features to make mom and dad happy, too.

The Graco Quattro Tour Duo Double Stroller (Ionic) offers:
    • Two seats for carrying a toddler and an infant, or even twins.
    • Dual snack/beverage holders.
    • Compatible with Graco car seats for added convenience.
    • Durable, lightweight construction.

Stroller around two children without the bulk of most double strollers. View larger.
    A Stroller Built for Two
This versatile stroller has two seats that can be configured for use with a toddler and an infant, or even with twins. The front, forward-facing seat, designed for toddlers up to 50 pounds, gives your child a front-seat view of the action; and it can be adapted to hold a Graco SafeSeat or Graco SnugRide car seat as well for smaller infants. Dual snack/beverage holders keep food and drink close at hand, and a storage cubby beneath the seat offers room for your little one to stash his treasures. The seat has a three-point harness; a canopy keeps the sun and rain away, and a multi-position reclining back makes for a more comfortable ride.

The back seat is elevated to give your child a clear view and is designed to accept all Graco SafeSeat and Graco SnugRide Infant Car Seats. Snap your baby's car seat into the stroller for easy, parent-facing transportation until your little one can sit up by herself; use the stroller without the car seat--with your child facing forward--from the time she can sit up (around 6 months of age) until she is up to 40 pounds in weight--so even when your child outgrows the infant car seat, you'll still be using the stroller for a while to come. This back seat includes a three-point harness, a snack tray with two snack/beverage holders and an adjustable, flat-laying reclining seat for easy napping, as well as an adjustable canopy with a peek-a-boo window.

    Convenient, Easy Operation for Parents
Double strollers can be bulky, making them difficult to push and to load into your car. But the Graco Quattro Tour Duo folds 20-percent smaller than other Graco double strollers to make storage and transport more convenient. Its lightweight construction and unique, ergonomic handles make the stroller easier and safer to maneuver, as do the lockable swivel front wheels with suspension.

In addition, easy-to-use, one-touch foot brakes add to the stroller's ease-of-use. And when you're done with your walk, simply push a button to activate the one-handed gravity fold to easily collapse the stroller. The stroller includes a drop-down basket that offers easy access to your gear, even when the back seat is fully reclined; and the parent storage tray includes two convenient cup holders.

    About Graco
In 1942, Russell Gray and Robert Cone formed Graco Metal Products, in Philadelphia, PA. For 11 years, the firm fabricated machine and car parts for local manufacturers. In 1953, Gray left the firm, leaving Cone as sole owner. Cone decided to manufacture his own line of products, but had trouble coming up with ideas. Enter David Saint, an engineer, tinkerer, and stained glass artisan who worked for Graco. Saint, himself a father of nine, was intrigued when an associate told him how his wife would soothe their tired and cranky baby while swinging in a backyard glider swing. Acting on this inspiration, he went to the drawing board and 18 months of hard work later, the world's first wind-up infant swing, the Graco Swyngomatic, was born. Graco sold millions of Swyngomatics in the coming years, becoming one of the world's leading manufacturers of juvenile products in the process. Today, Graco is a Newell Rubbermaid company, with 1500 associates worldwide. While a half-century has brought many changes to Graco, their dedication and commitment to designing and manufacturing top-quality products remains, and continues on.

5 out of 5 stars worth the wait!   December 9, 2008
After researching double strollers for months, i finally broke down and bought the quattro tour duo in SOHO. I LOVE the colors, even better than the pictures. The storage basket under the front seat for your childs things is nice, and the main basket is nice and large. The stroller folds down compact and is so easy to open and close. i have yet to actually take it out and use it (snow EVERYWHERE!) but it seems to be exactly what we need!

4 out of 5 stars Big and heavy, but the best option out there   December 5, 2008
I bought this stroller at a secondhand store just before my second son was born. My two boys are 15 months apart, so I figured a double stroller was an absolute must, since we'd be using it for a good long while. Overall, I'm happy with it, but only because I think it's the best of the options now available. You can spend a fortune for one of those super fancy brands, and look spectacular walking through the mall. But is it really worth the money you pay? So I found that the Quattro Tour Duo fit my needs without breaking the bank. That having been said, however, it does have some drawbacks. It's heavy. Period. Just really heavy. I'm no weakling, but it is very, very awkward to pick up and put into the back of a minivan or the trunk of a car. There's simply no good place to grab the darn thing! And forget about traveling with it! Folded up, it's nearly the size of the largest suitcase on the market. You'd have to have a good sized SUV as a rental car, and hope your luggage fits, along with this monstrosity of a stroller. Yes, it has a ton of storage space, and lots of cup holders and stuff. But I've found it necessary to buy a double umbrella stroller for travel purposes. I use this mainly for the mall, and for places that don't provide carts. It's impossible to have your two kids in this stroller and pull a shopping cart behind you, because there is simply no way to steer this thing one-handed. It's very heavy to push and turn. You literally have to put your back into it to get it to turn, especially fully loaded (a baby, a toddler, and a full diaper bag). And don't bother trying to push it on grass. Not gonna' happen. If you're going places like the zoo or an amusement park, I'd recommend something smaller, lighter, and more all-terrain. This is a mall and shopping stroller, in my opinion. However, I still give it four stars, because that's exactly what I needed it for, and it fits the bill admirably. You can fit a whole lot of shopping bags under that basket, and hang more from the handle bars! Yes, you may have to stand beside it in an elevator (because you won't fit behind it), but it all works out in the end. Considering all of the tandem double strollers on the market, I would say this is probably the best you can do. Just be sure you have a strong back and arms!

4 out of 5 stars Works Great!   November 24, 2008
Purchased this stroller for a newborn and a 15 month old. I am now free to escape my house with this wonderful stroller. Plenty of underneath storage, cup holder for my morning coffee, and the handle is higher for my taller husband. It is heavy but I can lift it in and out of a Tahoe. No complaints.

5 out of 5 stars Worth the price and weight   November 18, 2008
We purchased this stroller shortly before our second child was born in October. It is very easy to 'drive', and far more agile than I expected. I can maneuver it through aisles and displays with no problem. The large wheels give it a nice ride as well. Our older son likes his seat much more than our previous stroller because it sits him up more. (There is the option of reclining, not too far but enough for him to rest.) Our infant is right in front of us and locks in securely. It is definitely longer, and feels longer when driving, but I would expect that from a double stroller. The only drawback is that it is heavy, 39 pounds, but again I would expect that with a double stroller. It still fits in the back of our suv where our single stroller fit. I am a little concerned about the shallowness of the front seat, that perhaps as my son gets older he may not be as comfortable. However, overall we are very happy with this stroller, and would recommend it to a friend.
